The SA Greenberg Lab: The Inclusion Body Myositis Research Project

Pathology Data

We have performed a large number of studies using conventional histochemical stains (hematoxylin and eosin; and modified Gomori trichrome stains), immunohistochemical studies, immunofluorescent studies, and electron microscopy on muscle specimens from patients with inflammatory myopathies and muscle diseases. Some of our publications show this data. Digital images of muscle pathology from these studies are organized into our Inflammatory Myopathy Pathology Image (IMPI) database which is over 100 GB in size. We have made several sub-collections available to the public, accessible by clicking on the links below. Because of size constraints, these are 40 MB TIF files that have been converted to low resolution JPEGs.

If you have a particular interest in our IMPI database beyond these images, please contact us.
